Ellen joined the Weston Banks team in November of 2014. As a forward thinker, she constantly deliberates the client experience to generate new ideas on how to serve clients well. She developed a new app to enhance communication and offer helpful resources to current and potential clients. Ellen was drawn to the company because of the values that WBWP stands by: we are to be generous with the resources given to us, as they are not truly our own. With that belief, she wholeheartedly assists with charitable giving requests from our clients.
Prior to working at Weston Banks Wealth Partners, Ellen participated in the Raleigh Fellows program which included working at Mission Increase Foundation for a year and taking several seminary classes through Reformed Theological Seminary. She moved to Raleigh from Charlottesville following her graduation from the University of Virginia in 2012. With a B.A. in Religious Studies and minor in Bioethics, plus her work experience, we are lucky to have her as an integral part of our team.
Ellen volunteered as a Young Life leader at UVA for four years, and now is involved with Young Life College at NCSU. She attends Christ the King Presbyterian Church in downtown Raleigh with her husband Wesley.
